Copying the backup to the new HD had the same thing. During the back up process, it said that some files had names too long (over 400 files, had no time to go through them.) and won't be copied over. I upgraded with a newer Graphics Card, and Hard Drive. At this point, the only remaining option is to put your mod folder in a ZIP and PM me a link to download it. There is no way to know what is causing your error without more information.
