Lastly, the game worlds load successfully when I use my Laptop (both at home and connected at work to the same network port as my workstation via a 4-port hub), so I know the game worlds still work for my game account and I am not being blocked by our Security measures at work. I've attempted the suggested steps on the initial support page but there's been no change. I will list the currently installed/active Flash files below. I might be able to get a partial list of the recently added KBs if needed. Both of these issues have been resolved with fresh installations of all needed drivers/versions. These updates did cause some issues with a version of Java we use and also caused issues with my Displays.
Interestingly enough, this behavior started just after some recent Windows updates were pushed to my workstation by our Network Admins. According to FoE's support team, they suggested that there is an issue with Flash Player version 16,0,0,296 but even after downloading and installing a previous version, I'm still unable to load the world content.
I'm running Windows 7 enterprise w/ service pack 1. I'm running 3 different browsers (IE v.17514, Chrome v.94 m and newly installed IceDragon). The games world servers always return an error message "Critical Error: unable to load Main" when attempting to load into each of the individual game worlds (after succesfully logging into the game site). I just started having issues with playing at the game site in the past 2 weeks.
